In honor of PCOS Awareness Month, join us for our annual Stride for Strength: PCOS Awareness 5K in downtown Columbia. The race will begin at Strictly Running and take participants on a community-centered route through the downtown area.
Run, walk, or jog alongside others who are passionate about raising awareness for PCOS and supporting individuals and couples facing fertility challenges. Every step taken helps bring visibility, education, and hope to those navigating their family-building journey.
Every participant will receive:
• Official 5K t-shirt
• Finisher medal

A virtual gathering of strength & support; this event empowers attendees to symbolically “remove the armor” of silence, shame, fear, and emotional pain through storytelling, expert guidance, and community support.

Steps of Faith 2026 is a healing 1K walk, butterfly release, and community picnic to honor and support individuals and couples navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, infant loss, and the journey to family, including adoption, IVF, and waiting with hope.

To conclude the Roots & Wings Family Building Expo, we will host the World IVF Honors Ceremony, a heartfelt recognition celebrating the strength, resilience, and perseverance of individuals and families navigating the fertility journey. In honor of World IVF Day, this special ceremony recognizes IVF warriors and advocates who have shown extraordinary courage while inspiring hope for others pursuing their dream of building a family.
